Gladiators win on Throwback Night!

It was a slow game but behind the leg of Mike Vanderjagt, the Gladiators beat the Nightmare 9 - 6 at home. The Gladiators wore the Birmigham Fire uniforms from the 1991-92 semi-pro football team that was in the World League of Football, which letter became known as the NFL Europa. David Carr wins Payer of the Week!

Alabama's QB David Carr won Player of the Week after his great performance against Louisville, He led the Gladiators to a win on his 1 yard TD with 33 seconds left. Here is a picture snapped of him from the game.
